OCTOBER

 THIS IS OUR HORRIBLE... SORRY I MEANT TERRIFIC CIRCUIT TRAINING: 

1. First of all, the group decides who is going to perform every activity.  

2.Secondly we practice the course 3 laps during 45''.

3. And then, we run for two minutes before starting a new lap. 

4. Before the third lap we must make some  decisions:

Should we change exercises or not? 

 

5. They  seem to be tired.... 

5. or even exhausted.... because even during the cool down we listen to the teacher. 

YES! We are alive and more prepared for another  treat or trick day!!!!
